Detailed Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine Description
Aerated concrete products have the advantages of lightweight, high strength, noise insulation and heat preservation. BCJQ_1 is equipment of advanced technology, energy saving, steady quality, environment protection and high utilization rate of materials. It is widely applied to frame structural concrete building construction. It can be used for producing many types of aerated concrete products varied in density and size.
Process chart:
a) Working principle, raw materials are mixed according to required composition and
weighed.
b) Introduced into a mixer, after evenly mixing, the slurry is cast into the mould to be
reinforced by steel fiber for slabs.
c) After pre - curing period under a certain temperature, the blank shall have certain
hardness.
d) Then the mould and blank be hung to cutting machine by the tilting hanger to fulfill
following functions:
1) Tilting the mould 90 degree in the air, one side plate of the mould acts as the
bottom to support the blank until final product is hardened;
2) Hanged to the cart or the cutting support to open mould or demoulding.
3) The demoulded frame and returned side plate shall be reorganized into the
mould, and shall be ready for next pouring after cleaning and oil spraying.
e) The blank then be cut on the cutting machinery in six sides: First, two vertical sides
of the blank are cut; then the horizontal cutting longitudinally; and the horizontal
cross cutting or chopper - like cutting at last.
f) The cut blank and the bottom are hanged by the semi - product hanger to the
hardening car, and are fed into the autoclave in group to be hardened under high
temperature.
g) After that, final product leaves the autoclave and is hanged by the final product
hanger to be stacked or loaded and packed.
h) The hardening plates are returned.
