Features:
a) Mainly composed of hard candy batch roller / stretching machine, forming
machine, cooling conveyor and wrapping machine
b) Compact configuration, reliable performance and high - level mechanism
c) The forming dies for lollipops are in a clamp style, with ample forming
and fast stick insertion
d) The cooling conveyor is in a Wabbler mechanism to realize the minimum
distortion and smooth surface of lollipops during the conveying process
e) Each production line is made up with 2 sets of BBJ - II Ball Lollipop
wrapping machines
f) Hard candy batch roller / stretching machine: 2.5kW, 3200 x 5600 x 1700mm
g) Forming machine: 3kW, 5 - 8MT / day, 1540 x 910 x 1628mm
h) Cooling conveyor: 65kW, 4000 x 1200 x 1800mm
