The single unit polyurethane waterproof coating is the humid curing
type, its formed material is polyether polybasic alcohol and the
condensation - polymerized polyurethane performed polymer of the
isocyanine end capping. When using, we lay

Construction Standard
Foundation processing: the waterproof foundation should be level, clean,
solid, with no leakage and no water, we should flatten the
uneven place and the cracks by the grouting mortar.
The first layer curing needs 20~24h (the membrane dry as the ),
when the first layer is dry, we begin to brush the second layer. The pipe,
the ground leakage should be firmly set, sanitary equipment, the joining opening
should be sealed, and the end should be pliable without looseness. The
direction of the second layer should be at right angles to the first
layer. If you need a rigidity protective layer,
the adhesive strength should be increased between the waterproof
membrane and the rigidity protective layer. The brushing thickness should be decided by the design standard;
usually we brush three times. Before the last membrane
is cured, scatter clean sand particles 2mm diameter on its surface
(); after the membrane that is adhesive with the sand finishes
curing we can begin the protective layer construction. We suggest that
the opened coating should be used up at a time, the opened coating
that is not used up should be sealed, or it will be unusable because
of the cure reaction.
Items for Attention
The construction site should be airy; the temperature is usually above
five centigrade; we must not construct in the rain.
Before the protective layer construction, no one is allowed to enter
the membrane construction site. The used tools and vessels
should be washed after use. If there is damage in the coating
layer, we can excavate the damaged surroundings parts, and brush the
damaged parts with the waterproof coating. We should prepare fire prevention
equipment on the construction site.
