through the space between inner drying cylinder and outer heating
tube, this hot air come to the middle material tank
to dry material directly, then enter into the inner heating tube to be further heated into
high temperature hot air, owing to this material obtains more
concentrated heat before entering to the molding machine screw, the
dry effect therefore becomes more directly and swift, the temperature
accordingly can set lower 20% to 30% than traditional Taiwan type hot
wind dryer, furthermore shorten the preheating time significantly
d) HD - 100 and HD - 200 equip with hot air recycle unit. To avoid the
materials melt in the tank, temperature should be set from lower to the
suitable level gradually
e) The important parts of the dryer are made of stainless steel, improper
operation may not burn down the drying cylinder, heating tube or
damage the material tank
