Working Principle:
Wet material delieved into the bed face is in a condition of throw or
half - throw under the effect of an exciting force, and flows to the
outlet at a uniform speed.
After heating, air and evaporating moisture are released from exhaust
hole at the upper shell.
Hot air blasted though an open - slot at the bed face sufficiently
contacts and exchanges with flowing layer of material.
After drying, the end product is taken out from the outlet.
Applied Scope:
This machine is applied to loose powder material with a low wetness,
wide range of particle size and particle material for granulation.
