Over the past several years, Hangzhou Asia Chemical Engineering Co.,
Ltd. has researched sodium silicate and developed a new processing
technique; we've called liquid phase processing.
Accordingly, our products can be used for various applications and in
different modulus. Compared to typical
solid phase processing,
simple operation, liquid phase processing offers low investment, high quality and low material and utility consumption.

d) Na2O%: ≥9.5
e) Sio2%: ≥22.1
f) Modulus (): 2.2~2.5
g) Infusibility substance: ≤0.05
Material standards:
a) Quartz sand 7# white or with a little color in appearance
b) Sio2 content≥98% (non - )
c) Granule dimension: 100~180 grid
d) Concentration quotient: ≥60%
e) Sodium Alkali (GB209~): no color and slimy liquid
f) Naoh content: ≥30%
g) Na2CO3 content: ≤0.4%
