Detailed Waved Springs Description
Size: δ0.1mm ~ δ5mm
With a rigidity - variation characteristic, these springs can adjust the
rigidity through different combinations of peak height, width and
thickness.
Waved springs are gasket - type springs pressed with steel sheet
(pressed from ring wound with steel ), and provided with
several (generally 2 to f) sine waves along the circumference.
They are mainly made of alloy spring steel or precipitation hardened
stainless steel, and have a wide - rigidity range and a high vibration
absorbing capacity.
Inner Packing: Packed in white paper and lined with inner plastic bag
Outer Packing: Corrugated cartons, wooden boxes
Compared with butterfly - shaped springs, flexibility, these springs have higher
strength, impact resistance, compact design, and need
less installation space under the same spring parameters.
