Bee pollen includes such bioactive compounds as bioflavonoids,
and carotenoids, organic esters, in addition to enzymes, free amino acids, phytosterols, fatty
acids (with a good proportion of Omega 3 and 6 fatty ), naturally chelated minerals,
and whole vitamin complexes.
