Detailed NTG Series Hydraulic Lifter Description
Features:
a) NTS series products, named by NTS - 50 to NTS - 100, are classified
according to their lifting load
b) It consists of stationary chassis, column, hydraulic - lifting
system, hopper turn - over system, horizontal gyrate structure and
skid structure.
c) Made of high grade austenitic stainless steel. The value of rough
degree inside is Ra≤0. No dead angle,
no concave - convex surface, no screw on surface, easy to clean.
d) The surface is polished to high quality.2µ m, outside is Ra≤0.4µ m
e) Applying tailor - made butterfly valve, with no remnant. Easy to dismantle and clean. Equipped
with operating sets against mistakes.
f) Applying specially - made seal fitting to prevent dust emission
and pollution when the barrel turning over.
g) Designed with oil collector, prevent the clean area from being
polluted by the hydraulic oil.
