d) pH: 2. As an enzyme for catalysis of protein hydrolysis under pH2.5 - 4.0, leather softening,
this product can be used for alcohol fermentation, wool
dyeing, juice purification, feedstuffs.5 - 5.5, most in 3.0 - 3.5
e) Activity temperature: 30 - 50oC, favorable under 40 - 45oC

extraction technique. The products can be used in the industry

proteolysis, silk degumming, brewing and feedstuff. It can catalyze protein to hydrolyze into low
molecular peptide and amino acid.
