Detailed Printeded Napkin Folder Description
This printed / embossed napkin folder is used for the production of square
and rectangular paper napkins. Jumbo rolls which have been slitted into
the desired width are calendared, dried, printed, embossed and automatically
folded into finished napkins.
Main characteristics:
a) Flexo printing unit can change the various printing patterns
b) High quality anilox roll guarantees clear printing on the paper
c) Equipped with bridge - type drying tube, the hot wind quantity of which
can be chosen according to the printing size
d) Winding control ensures stable speed, and safe and convenient usage
e) Equipped with alarm, which will ring when cutting and stopping
f) Calendar equipment adopts steel and neoprene rolls
g) Equipped with steel and wool - cloth rolls, which emboss at certain
temperatures
h) Embossing patterns as per customers' requirements, choosing either
steel and rubber rolls or steel and steel rolls
i) PLC system, automatic deviation - amending and automatic printing
features can be provided as per clients' requirements
