Model CJ200 / 4, CJ190 / 4, CJ180 / 4 facial tissue making machines adopt advanced PLC programming
logic
controlling technology, automatic
stagger calculating for devising layers, variable frequency speed regulation, and a HMI operation interface inputting
display control system.
With simple control and high production efficiency, this machine can
load original paper with 2 shafts or 4 shafts. With a high degree of automation,
these machines fold original paper into gemel shape and rectangular
tissue by vertically and horizontally slitting rolls after embossing. Slitting, compounding
and folding can be finished at the same time, edge removing, thereby
reducing production stages and lowering expenses.

belt

uninterrupted slitting and edge removing can be run at the same time

volume and stable pressure loading
