Features:
a) It is separately equipped with double punching machine and saw
style cutter to produce.
b) The main machines in 1092 type and 1575 type are same in structure,
and the difference is that the width of jumbo roll is 1220mm and
1820mm separately.
c) Main working parts are complete in function and designing, suitable
to produce high or low grade paper.
d) Two sets of embossment roller adopted to produce "hitting dot by
hitting dot" products.
e) Embossment pattern is selected and supplied by the user.
Characters and structures:
a) The composed parts of machine frame and perforated knife roller
are rough, with good anti - seismic and stable, brisk operation.
b) Stepless speed regulator regulates speed synchronously, with fast
speed regulation and high production efficiency.
c) Stepless regulates and controls linear velocity of punching to
materialize regulation fluffy of roll paper.
d) Gap in punching can be regulated and controlled: 100 ~ 180mm
e) Embossment roller adopts electric heating style, which is obvious
and clear.
