Detailed Queue Management System Description
Features:
a) Operation terminal: two flexible operation modes by pressing button
or pushing the touch - panel, customer number, the thermal printer can print out the
relevant information including service type, and
number of people waiting in the queue
b) Main LED: strategically located in the customer's waiting area
displays the customer number along with the number being serviced,
customers waiting to be served are notified of their turn through a
voice alert or chime
c) Speaker system: can add background music and compose different recording
effects, also drives the active audio amplifier directly
d) Communication terminal: It can connect with main system and can be
wirelessly communicated with main display and operation terminal
e) System software: can control the queue information, including customer
quantity, service efficiency and customers' waiting time
