Detailed Auto Evaporator Description
Basic construction:
The refrigerant passages of "Xin Tian" laminated evaporators are
formed by brazing super - thin aluminum sheets with fins - inserters
between the passages.
Higher efficiency advantages:
The traditional single tank has been modified to a double tank to
overcome the single tank's shortcomings of low heat transfer
performance due to the slanting flow caused by the U - shape. The tank is partitioned properly for optimum
passages, making it one of the most efficient evaporators so far. The
way to connect the upper and lower plate has also been changed to
a line connection instead of spot connection to enhance the
reliability and increase the connecting area between the plates
and the fins thus improving the heat exchange efficiency of the
airside.
The unit's cooling weight of the double - tank evaporator is 15%
less than that of a single - tank one.
Lighter weight:
They are also lighter due to high performance fins; optimum radial
of refrigerant passages as well as other reasonable construction.
Superior usability:
There are grooves on the outer side of the plates enabling the
condensed water to flow away easily. Due to the special GMA surface
treatment, The surface of the new evaporator is corrosion and odor
free.
