Detailed Three Way Catalytic Converter Description
Features:
a) This component consists of an outside steel shell and inside ceramic
element coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh. When the exhaust is
passing through the three - way catalytic converter CO, HC, and NOx the
activity of gas is enhanced
b) Under such a high temperature, the CO would be oxidized into a gas
without color and poison, CO2; meanwhile the HC compound is turned
into H2O and CO2; finally the NOx is deoxidized
into nitrogen, the three gases are turned into the non - toxic gas to purify
exhaust
