Features:
a) With the designed drawer type for whole machine configuration, it has two
big parts for independent main machine and electric control system, which
has reasonable configuration and is convenient to operate and maintain.
b) Enlarged inner space for the whole machine ensures the radiation of
sufficient heat in the electronic control box and strengthened heat
preservation in the hopper; which greatly reduces spoilage of electronic
components and wastage of power.
c) Gear pump and motor are synchronously connected; with the advantages
of convenient and stable connection, installation and maintenance.
d) The bottom of the hopper adopts aerial aluminum metal alloy from USA which
has been CNC processed; The surface of spray hopper has been elaborately
processed by Teflon coating permeation to eliminate charring greatly.
e) The main machine adopts a high accuracy reflux valve (reflux valve
accuracy: + / - 1 ), and an independent filter designed by the NDC
company. With an independent stainless steel net piece insert, this filter
is easy to wash, and can save on maintenance expenses.
