Overview:
This product utilizes computer - controlled design finishing functions
such as figure marking and the setting of parameters. The 'control box'
consists of two CPUs, one is used to control graphics and gavlo, the
other control the whole of the system. The results are
then sent to the 'control box' by an RS232. This mode has demonstrated a
great improvement in the quality of the marking and minimizes jamming. The series has been so successful that many have
been sold back to Japan.

The LD pumping source and Nd: YAG rods were imported from Japan. When compared with
traditional lamp pump marking systems, it has the following advantages:
lower volume (about 50% ), lower power consumption (about 75% ),
easier to maintain (the LD can work for 10,000~20,000 ). It is
a high - speed system producing high quality results.
