OnAccess H1002 is an Optical Network Unit () designed to work with
OnAccess 2224 (Multiplexed CATV Optical Ethernet ). It integrates one 100Base - FX WAN port,
one CATV coaxial - cable port, and four 10 / 100Base - TX LAN ports. It provides
an ideal solution to deliver 'triple - play' services over a single - mode
fiber to the user's premises.
It is possible to play head - to - head computer games freely within the
household or against internet opponents at speeds of up to 100 times
faster than ADSL. All the computers can also share a
printer which is connected anywhere in the house. It integrates one 100Base - FX WAN port, one CATV
coaxial - cable port, and four 10 / 100Base - TX LAN ports.
This model provides an ideal platform for economical delivery of voice,
data and CATV services over a single - mode fiber to the user's premises
in fiber - to - home applications. It integrates one 100Base - FX WAN port, one
CATV coaxial - cable port, and four 10 / 100Base - TX LAN ports for direct
connection of up to four computers. It also combines the latest advancements
in fiber optic and chip technologies with feature - rich firewall and
network management controls to give the most advanced, yet affordable
fiber - to - the - home solution. The functions of this Ethernet
router allow concerned parents to have full control over how their
children access the Internet, and permit all the connected computers
to be able to communicate with each other and to share with each other
the internet, resources and files.
