with maltose as main content by double enzyme technique. it is a
colorless, transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and
fragrance of malt. High maltose
syrup also often is used in breads, cakes and beer brewing because of
its good volatility. Its plastid is clear and transparent. It is also widely used in other fields such as
candy, foodstuffs, beverage, frozen foodstuff and seasoning. Furthermore, it is low in calories
and benefits diabetic patients. High maltose
syrup is not metabolized depending on insulin of the human body, so the
blood sugar level is increased slowly.
