Detailed Dyeing Conductor (HS - ) Description
Specifications:
a) Composition: non - ionic compound with special functional structure
b) Appearance: pale - yellow transparent liquid
c) Ionic character: non - ionic
d) pH value: 6 - 8
e) Solubility: easily soluble in hot water
f) Properties:
1) Increases the diffuse rate of disperse dyes on polyester fibers,
leading to excellent dye mobility
2) Improves leveling dyeing, dye penetration, and brightness
3) Corrects dyeing faults such as color spots, color staining,
mottled appearance if used after dyeing
4) Solves the problems of surface dyeing and uneven dyeing caused
by the difference of polyester fiber properties
g) Applications:
1) Correction agent:
9) Application amount of HS - B0111 should be adjusted according
to the fault degree of the dyed fabric
) Suggested application amount is 1 - 6g / L of HS - B0111 used at
130° C for 30 - 60 minutes
2) Color stripper:
9) Adding Na2CO3 / liquid alkali can improve stripping effect,
but need to compromise on the handle effect
) Suggested the application amount is 3 - 6g / L of HS - B0111 and
3 - 5g / L of Na2CO3 are used at 130° C for 30 - 60 minutes
3) Leveling agent: use diluent, suggested application of the diluent
is 0.5 - 1.0g / L
Note:
a) HS - B0111 must be mixed to evenly before using, especially in the
winter
b) HS - B0111 must be dissolved in hot water evenly before adding to
dye - bath
Usage:
a) First mix equally, then compound 30% chroma to leveling agent as
follows:
1) HS - B0111: 300kg
2) Defoaming agent: apposite quantity
3) Water: balance
4) Total: 1,000kg
b) Put HS - B0111 into beater, adding water and mixing at the same time
c) When specified state is reached, add a little defoaming agent and mix
evenly
Packing and storage:
125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and
dry conditions
