Detailed Washing Assistant Description
Specifications:
a) Appearance: colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid
b) Ionic character: anion
c) pH value: 6 - 7
d) Solubility: easily soluble in cool water
e) Properties:
1) Excellent dispersing power for matter that is insoluble in water
and inorganic salt, avoids attaching fiber again
2) Used in scouring and removing oil, contributes to dispersing oil
and dirt that can obviously improve the of oil removing effects
3) Excellent chelating shield ability and dispersing ability with
Ca2+, Mg2+ and heavy metal ion
4) Contributes to improving level - dyeing property, whiteness and
brightness of the fabrics
5) Used for cotton scouring to improve whiteness and handle, and
avoid fiber hydrophobicity
6) Contributes to improving whiteness, handle, and avoids silicate
sediment and adhesion when used in loon stare bleaching
7) Avoids low polymer attaching again when used in polyester fiber
alkali deweighting
8) In desizing process, promotes starch pulp expansion and
dispersing hydrolyzed pulp
9) When used in metalliferous dyes, having no influence on color
hue and dye up - take
f) Applications: mainly used in scouring, removing oil, dyeing and
bleaching process
1) Desizing process: 0.5 - 1.5g / L added in desizing process
after - phase
2) Scouring, bleaching and dyeing process: 0.5 - 1.5g / l
3) Soaping process: 0.5 - 1g / l
4) Used with washing assistant to avoid dyes attaching again
g) For the best effect, HS - A0501 should be added into the bath before
the fabric
Packing and storage:
125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and
dry conditions
