Detailed Discharge Agent (HS - ) Description
The main method for polyester fiber discharge printing is reducing agent
and alkali agent. The modified
tin compounds are made from stannous chloride through a discharge agent. The reducing agent method, the main discharge agent is
the modified tin compounds used domestically and abroad.
Properties:
Discharge agent HS - C0103 is mainly used in discharge printing of
polyester fluff fabric.
The printing has good bleeding resistance; good whiteness, and the scope
of the dischargeable dye and non - dischargeable dye is very wide. The printing effect of modified tin compounds
improved by discharge agent HS - C0103 from stannous chloride is very good. Ideal
for high precision printing. Then put into 23kg
of discharge agent HS - C0103 and open the beater.

Application:
In the mixing - oar boiler, first add some raw paste. Mixing and at the same
time adding 10kg of stannous chloride. If the speed is too fast, it will
become to thick and the temperature will be too high. For the exothermic reaction, the
speed of adding stannous chloride should make the temperature in the
boiler go no higher than 60° C. After adding
stannous chloride, continue mixing 5 - 10 minutes until even. Mixing evenly
into the raw printing paste. Then add the
row paste from the printing oar according to directions. The raw paste can be stored 1 - 2 weeks.
Packing and storage:
125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and
dry conditions

a) Polyester fabric
b) High temperature and high pressure (110 - 120° C / 25 - ) ground
dip dyeing / ground pad dyeing / ground printing
c) Printing
d) Drying
e) Steaming (160 - 180° C / 6-)
f) Water washing
g) Reducing washing
h) Water washing
i) Post - treatment
