Specifications:
a) Appearance: colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid
b) Ionic character: cationic, insoluble with any anion
c) pH value: 5 - 7
d) Solubility: easily soluble in water
e) Composition: cationic polymeric compound with reactive function
f) Stability: stable in hard water, acid / alkali and electrolyte
g) Range of use: natural fiber and manmade fiber
h) Properties:
1) Noticeably improves colorfastness
2) An environmentally friendly non - formaldehyde fixing agent
3) Little deterioration to hand touch and wide adaptability to
equipment
i) Application:
1) Suitable amount varies with textile type, dyeing process,
shade and fixing process
2) Suggested application amount for dipping process is 2 - 4% O. W. F of HS - B0405
for deep shades, with liquor ratio 1:20 - 30 at 40 - 50° C for
10 - 20 minutes
3) Suggested application amount for dip - padding process is 2 dips
and 2 nips with 20 - 50g / L of HS - B0405 and 0. W. F
of HS - B0405 for pale and medium shades, 4 - 8% O.5 - 1g / L of penetrating
agent
4) Directly dissolves in fixing bath
6) Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry and wet states
Packing and storage:
125kg in one plastic drum; can be stored 6 months under cool and
dry conditions
Note:
Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration,
but also on washing after dyeing. Deep colored textile fabrics should
be fixed after soaping at high temperatures and washed. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed
(washing, soaping, then re - ).
