Properties:
a) White granular crystal
b) Slightly soluble in water, hot alcohol and ethanol
c) Not soluble in alkali solutions
d) Decomposed into Boron Trifluoride by strong acid
e) When co - dissolved with carbonates of alkali metals will become
fluoride and borate
f) Melting point: 530oC
